AVAILABILITY

9 Week High School & Middle School Programs

It takes 6-9 weeks to develop new neuromuscular pathways (muscle memory habits) to learn and strengthen new movement patterns, mechanics, and develop useful power. By the end of this camp, you will have bullet proofed your arm, focused on your top three biggest mechanical weaknesses and tapped into new levels of power. This will give you a great foundation and motivation moving forward. We average 3-6+ MPH gains in velocity during these camps.

High School

1) Classes 2x per Week: (Pick two sessions to attend on Monday-Thursday each week. Classes start on the hour every hour & run for 90 mins).
2) One Proteus Power Assessment & Report. Includes Training During Classes
