COACH SCHLEE

Coach Billy Schlee's path from elite collegiate pitcher to cutting-edge coach reflects a deep commitment to player development and performance.

At Kellogg CC, Schlee led his team to the JUCO World Series Championship game, earning All-Tournament Team honors and tying for the most innings pitched in a World Series and tallying two wins. He continued D1 baseball at Jacksonville University, winning a conference title, conference tournament championship while again earning All-Tournament Team honors., and making an NCAA Regional appearance.

After earning a degree in Physiolgy & Health coach Schlee played a short stint in Independent Minor League Baseball. Schlee coached across Utah, Texas, and Florida. In Florida, he trained and assisted former MLB players and seasoned coaches, learning the deeper nuances of elite player development.

Schlee is one of Utah's top Trackman analysts, using advanced pitch data to improve mechanics, pitch shapes, and on-field performance. He's also highly skilled in Proteus Motion, building custom strength programs that enhance arm health, velocity, and rotational power.

With certifications from Driveline, ArmCare, and as a Biomechanist, Schlee combines deep baseball knowledge with the latest sports science and technology-including AI and motion capture-to help athletes reach their full potential.

DIRECTOR OF HITTING & PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Colin Gordon

Colin Gordon isn't just a hitting instructor; he's a proven winner who translates elite playing experience into actionable coaching for athletes youth to college and pro.

Colin's journey includes:
Elite 4-year Pro Performance (.300+ AVG, .950+ Ops, 30+ HRs - Missoula Paddleheads, Grand Junction Rockies), D1 (ULM), D2 (LCU), Juco (CSI, World Series 3rd Place, All-Conference/Tourney).

Deep Understanding of human movement with a Bachelor's of science in Kinesiology (Pre-PT/Sports Mgmt) for greater insight into physical development and swing mechanics.

Proven Mentorship: Learned the game's nuances firsthand from multiple 10-year MLB veterans including the likes of but not limited to Toby Hall, Coco Crisp, Ron Mayhay, Jed Gyorko, Rajai Davis, and the late Bobby Jenks.

Colin empowers hitters by helping them *understand* their unique swing and the strategic "chess game" of pitch sequencing. He cuts through complexity: "The difference isn't as big as you think. From youth to the majors, everyone has to hit the white ball with the bat. My job is to give you the tools - physical and mental - to do it better, more consistently."
