The Bullpen UT - Team Affiliation & Promotional Contract
This Team Affiliation and Promotional Agreement ("Contract") is entered into between The Bullpen UT ("The Bullpen") and [Team Name] ("Team") for the purpose of establishing an affiliation and promotional representation during the agreed training term(s).
1. Affiliation & Branding
Team(s) retains its own brand, name, and image, but will be recognized as "Powered by The Bullpen" in promotional materials and during competition.
Team agrees to:
Display The Bullpen's logo patch or image on all game jerseys (patch provided by The Bullpen).
Display a The Bullpen banner at all home games and tournaments where possible.
Acknowledge The Bullpen affiliation on team website, social media, and promotional materials.
The Bullpen may promote the Team's activities, accomplishments, and players on its channels.
2. Facility Use & Training
Team will rent turf space at The Bullpen UT for practices.
At least 50% of all team practices held at The Bullpen will be led or co-led by Bullpen trainers for skill development.
Practices will be 1.5 hours in length unless otherwise arranged.
3. Program Perks & Benefits
Team Package (8-Month Program): $13,560 per team (up to 12 players)
35% down payment required to secure commitment
$1,140/month per team (up to 12 players)
$141.25/month per additional player
Monthly remote strength training program for all rostered players
Trainer-led skill development in half of all practices
Cost equivalent: $17.65 per player per practice (based on 12 players)
4. Conduct & Representation
The Team and its members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, sportsmanship, and integrity at all times.
Prohibited behaviors include:
Excessive arguing with umpires or officials
Confrontations with opposing teams, coaches, or spectators
Disrespectful, taunting, or derogatory remarks toward opponents, players, coaches, or officials
Any conduct that could damage the reputation of The Bullpen or the Team
All parties will demonstrate positive sportsmanship and represent both brands with professionalism.
5. Payment Terms & Commitment
A 35% down payment is due upon signing this agreement.
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month during the 8-month term.
By signing this agreement, the Team commits to the full 8-month term of training.
If the Team chooses to split their program within the year, the Team commits to paying the remaining balance each month following the end of the first term, and services will resume on the agreed-upon start date.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Within 14 days of signing: All payments refunded except a $250 processing fee (deducted from down payment).
Up to 30 days before start of agreed term: 50% of down payment refunded.
Within 30 days before start of agreed term: No refund of down payment.
Early Cancellation During Term: If the Team cancels during the term and stops payment, the Team will be charged 50% of the remaining contract balance as an early cancellation fee.
Once the term has begun, all payments are otherwise non-refundable.
7. Term & Termination
This agreement runs from [Start Date] to [End Date].
The Bullpen reserves the right to terminate immediately if the Team engages in conduct that violates Section 4.
